It is okay,but the author should note getting the FAA part 107 sUAS certification is not easy and needs a lot of study or the purchase of a study course or class. The FAA has gotten very serious about the pilot knowledge and just reading their free documents is not enough to pass the test.The author is correct in that using drones for real estate photography is the way of the future.

Very informative and concise ebook walking through the steps required to incorporate a drone into my real estate business.
Good information, but downplays all the effort needed for training, insurance, accessories, and charging time. Doesn't say much about crashes which occur often. Might mislead some into a branch of business without thorough investigation.
This is no more than a pamphlet. The author suggest that real estate professionals don't already have enough on their plates marketing and selling real estate. Useful information relating to the need and future of drone imagery in selling property, but the authors suggestion that becoming a commercial pilot, video editor and the investment is ridiculous, for real estate salespeople.
1. Drones can be expensive 2. You need to pass a test 3. Drone photography companies charge to take and edit photos 4. Drone real estate photos are pretty.
That is it! There is no info on what are good drones for agents. No mention that the test is hard, expensive to take & and that you have to go through licensing every 2 years. There are no hints to how to best set up to take photos, battery management, how to plan the best time of day, considerations for shooting around obstacles etc. And of course no advice on work flow after the photos are taken. In fact, this review may have more original content than the book (
How useless does a .99 cent book have to be to get a 1 star rating? Pretty bad. The information provided can be summed up in one sentence. If you sell Real Estate, buy a drone and do it yourself.
Great book providing insight into how all of these drone companies work. Well written and concise ebook that details everything involved on how to use a drone in your real estate office. Very informative and extremely valuable! I definitely recommend it!
